Medication is Incomplete without 'MEDITATION'

Medical science says that when there is no disease, what remains is Health. This is a deception not a definition. I mean, how can you define health in relation to disease ? It is like defining a flower in relation to a thorn; it is like defining life in relation to death' or light in relation to darkness. Really!!
Health is only understood from the innermost being of man, from where his soul is.

Clearing the basic concept of Meditation:

Mediation isn't about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It's about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. As rightly written in Bhagvad Gita-
" Through Meditation , the Higher self is experienced."
To understand Meditation and its benefits better, I think the Hindi word swasthya is really wonderful. The English word Health is derived from the word healing. Health means healed- one has recovered from illness; Illness is associated with it. Swasthya does not mean that. Swasthya means when one has settled within oneself, one has reaches to the deepest-point in oneself. In reality, having no illness is necessary, but not enough for Swasthya. Something more is required.
Even is a disease starts from the outside, its vibrations echo all the way to the soul. So, medical science will always remain incomplete without Mediation.
The disease can also originate from the other end i.e. Inside. Actually, because of the state man is in, diseases are already present. There is a lot of tension inside him. No other animal is dis-eased, restless, tensed in that manner. No other animal has the idea of ' becoming'. Man is never born in his completeness. That state of incompleteness is his disease. 


✯ Benefits of Meditation- 
 
  Stress reduction is one of the most common reasons people try meditation. Meditation has indeed shown positive results.

 Meditation controls Anxiety because less stress translates to less anxiety.

 It enhances self-awareness as meditation gives a chance to self- inquire.

 It increases our attention time. Focused meditation increases the strength and endurance of your attention.

 It can also generate Kindness as it generates positive feelings.
