  Child Abuse is when a parent, caregiver, or any person, whether through action or failing to act causes injury, emotional harm, risk of harm, or death of a child.   There are many forms of child maltreatment including Neglect, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Exploitation, Emotional Abuse, and many more. Cruelty  to  animals  , also called  animal  abuse,  animal  neglect or  animal cruelty,  is the infliction by omission (neglect) or by commission by humans of suffering or harm upon any non-human.    In simple words, it is the abuse, harm or neglect intentionally towards an animal.  It is that simple.  Everyday countless cats, dogs and other animals suffer and die as a result of cruelty imposed by the very people who are expected to protect and care for them.
