Need of the hour -- Entertainment and Immunity


Coronavirus also knows as COVID -19 has affected more than 10 million people worldwide. It has kept all of us in great depression and panic. The outburst of Coronavirus has advised all of us to be at home and prefer social distancing. As we all are locked inside our houses and left with no work, this creates an issue of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. To conquer this, one should always keep themself Entertained so that their time can be utilized.

Ways to keep yourself Entertained:-

There are many ways through which one could keep themselves entertained such as:-
 
1. You can start pursuing your hobbies. Due to the lockdown, there is plenty of time with us, so it is a clear opportunity to pursue your hobbies. You can start cooking, painting, or polish your hobbies to make them your passion. If not hobby you can pursue your talent that you might have left because of lack of time.

2. Adopted an animal. You can adopt an animal that will definitely keep you busy and entertain. Having a pet animal is the best feeling in the world their presence makes every day a useful day. While you in a Lockdown you have plenty of time to play and live a heavenly life with your pet. It can be a newly adopted pet or the pet that you already have.


3. Start working on yourselves. You can start working on yourself both physically and mentally. Working on your sleeve means that you have to keep fit in whatever ways you can. In the phases of lockdown, you have time to meditate and can easily clear out the mind. You can also develop a new skill that will help your professional life.

4. Some common examples are-
* Learn a new language
* Learn a new dance form
*Learn a new painting 
And so on.

While you are keeping yourselves entertain you should keep yourself Immune also. Immunity is the key to fight from coronavirus. If you have a high immunity you have a high chance to be not infected by the coronavirus. But that does not mean that you can have fun outside your house and do not follow any rules set by the government to conquer the virus.

•There are plenty of ways through which you can keep yourself Immune such as:

*You can have a ginger and tulsi tea. As it will prevent cough.

*You should have a regular sleep pattern.

*You should at least have an hour of yoga to enhance your breathing.

*You can have a walk at your terrace for fresh air.

*You should talk to your family so that you have a clear mindset. 
There are various methods that you can perform but here ⬆️are some of our ways to keep yourself Immune.
